— Terms of Service By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through Mystic Nights UK, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and accept these terms of service. A venue-disclaimer may also be presented for you to read and agree to before your experience begins. Bookings By booking your reading or tour, you agree to a booking fee of £10.00 per reading. This fee is non-refundable. Before your event, you will receive an email with a time slot If you have requested a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate it; however, times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot always be guaranteed.
On busy nights, there may be a slight delay to your stated time. We strive to keep our events relaxed and enjoyable, so we appreciate your patience. Upon arrival, please locate a member of the Mystic Nights Events team for assistance. If you need any help, our friendly team is available—please let us know before the event.
Refunds and Cancellations If an event is canceled due to insufficient numbers, you will be given the option to transfer your booking to another upcoming Mystic Nights event or receive a full refund. You will be contacted via email and will need to respond to indicate your preference. All events are listed on our official website. If your event is canceled, you may transfer your booking to any of our upcoming Mystic Nights experiences. General Please be mindful that all events are designed to provide an immersive, entertaining, and respectful experience. Attendees should arrive in good time and follow venue guidelines.
