Booking & Payment
Reservation required — Online bookings only. All tours must be booked in advance through our website.
Health, Safety & Conduct
Safety — Follow all guides' instructions and venue rules at all times. The team may modify or cancel activities for safety reasons.
Alcohol & substances — Public intoxication may result in refusal of entry. We reserve the right to remove guests who are disruptive or under the influence.
Accessibility — Please inform us of any accessibility needs in advance — we'll accommodate where possible. Some routes may involve stairs or uneven surfaces.
Emergency — If you feel unwell during the event, notify a guide immediately. Do not leave the group without informing a guide first.
Meeting Points
Tours run at 6:00pm and 7:30pm, each lasting 1 hour. Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes early. We run a ticketless system — simply present your booking name reference on arrival.
