All bookings must be made in advance through our website. Walk-up bookings are not accepted.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are per person and include VAT where applicable.

Bookings are confirmed by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes.

Mystic Nights reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Mystic Nights reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

No refunds will be issued for guests who arrive late and miss the tour departure.

Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10–15 minutes before the tour start time.

We operate a ticketless system. Guests must provide their booking name on arrival.

Mystic Nights reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or behaving in a manner that endangers themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Guests must follow all instructions given by tour guides at all times.

Guests must not leave the group without informing a guide.

Photography and video recording for personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated at specific venues.

Our ghost tours are recommended for guests aged 16 and over.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Mystic Nights accepts no liability for distress caused to younger guests.

Tours may involve walking on uneven, cobbled, or sloped surfaces. Guests should wear appropriate footwear.

Guests with mobility issues, heart conditions, or other health concerns should consult their GP before attending and inform us at the time of booking.

Mystic Nights is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during a tour, except where caused by our negligence.

In the event of an emergency, guests must follow the instructions of the tour guide immediately.

Guests attend at their own risk. Mystic Nights accepts no responsibility for psychological distress arising from the content of the tour.

Mystic Nights Ghost Tours Ltd accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during a tour.

Our liability for any claim arising from a tour is limited to the price paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the Mystic Nights website, including text, images, and tour descriptions, is the property of Mystic Nights Ghost Tours Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Personal data collected at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and sending confirmation communications.

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

By booking a tour, you consent to receiving booking-related communications from Mystic Nights.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Mystic Nights reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.

Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
